Mussoorie, The Queen of mountains

Mussoorie is a popular hill station of Uttarakhand. Among all hill stations  of India, Mussoorie is known as The queen of mountains. If anyone want to spend his/her vacation with  family or friends then its a perfect place to spend your holidays. Recently i visited this place during My Trip to Mussoorie, Rishikesh and Haridwar. I enjoyed a lot there. Here in this post i will tell you about places to visit in Mussoorie. Which are the places nearby Mussoorie for tourists

Kempty Falls

It is such a beautiful place. It is located  at 15 km from Mussoorie on Yamnotri road surrounded by beautiful valleys. It is a biggest water fall near by Mussoorie. At Kempty falls you can do a photography of your own as well as fall's. At the bottom of the falls you can take a bath and enjoy there. There is a market also at Kempty falls from where you can do shopping. If you really need to enjoy your visit of Kempty falls then you must have to spend minimum 3 to 4 hours at Kempty Falls.

It provides such a wonderful view of Valleys and Himalayan Peaks, Lovely weather, and best spots for photography. One more attraction is there named Eco Park. It is a pollution free area and gives beautiful views of nature. To enter in Eco park you have to pay nominal charge which is just Rs. 25 per person.You can spend your entire day here. Its a perfect place to spend your holiday. 

Mall Road
Its a shopping area in Mussoorie. If you want to buy sweater or any other things from Mussoorie then you can buy it from Mall road of Mussoorie. If you are not interested in shopping then there is no meaning to go at mall road.

Mussoorie Lake
It is a picnic spot which is newly developed. It is 6 km away from Mussoorie. Paddle boat facilities are available there. It gives wonderful view of Doon Valleys and nearby villages. Night view from Mussoorie Lake is awesome. 

There are too many places to see nearby Mussoorie. Among all of them the mentioned above are very beautiful places. You can also visit the Lake Mist, Gun Hill, Bhatta Fall, Jharipani Fall, Yamuna Bridge and Camel's back road. It was all the information about Mussoorie which is the Queen of mountains.
